Workshop Offered for Businesses Looking to Get into Airport | Business
Millions of people pass through McCarran International Airport every year. Which makes it is a huge marketplace for small business owners but getting a foot in the door at the airport can be tough.
Friday the airport is holding a free workshop to explain the process for setting up shop inside the airport. It’s a process called Request for Proposals. The workshop will give business owners an overview of the process. Officials will also go through what documents and information are needed.
Right now there are three open RFP opportunities at the airport for Specialty Retail, Airport Concierge Services, and Per Captia Limousine and Minibus Services. There could also be more business opportunities opening at the airport in the next few months.
The workshop will be held at the airport on Friday at 9 a.m., inside the Commissioners Meeting Room which is on the fifth floor. Long-term and Economy parking will be free for those who bring in their parking stubs for validation. The workshop is scheduled to last three hours. Advanced registration is not required.
