The checkpoint will be somewhere in the northeast between Stewart Avenue on the south, Cheyenne Avenue on the north, Hollywood Blvd. on the east and Bruce Street on the west. The checkpoint starts Saturday night and lasts through Monday night. It is partly funded by a Joining Forces grant with money from the Nevada Department of Public Safety-Office of Traffic Safety, that money will allow a DUI van to be deployed.
