Coroner Identifies Dead Bicyclist | News

LAS VEGAS --The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the bicyclist killed in a crash Tuesday as 48-year-old Joseph William Galterio of Las Vegas.

The crash happened about 12:45 p.m. near Pecos Road and Charleston Boulevard. Police said Galterio failed to yield the right of way to a vehicle and was struck and killed.

This is the 18th traffic related fatality in Metro Police's jurisdiction since the beginning of the year.
